The first BOOKINGS FOR 2025 will be released on April 15th for May flights.

Click the link below to proceed to our booking page. You will then be able to select an open time slot from our calendar. If you click on a calendar day and there are no time slots available, we are either already booked on that day or unavailable for scheduling. After selecting a day and time that works for you, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details. This will lock your day in. If the weather does not cooperate, you will be directed to reschedule yourself in the same fashion. **Please note that times are generic AM/PM times. Actual meeting and flight times will be based off sunrise/sunset times. If you have questions about times, please contact us at info@hotairohio.com for more details.
